4. Client Responsibilities

• Maintain active hosting, domain registration, and licenses
• Provide necessary access credentials when required
• Maintain your own independent backups
• Promptly notify us of website issues or changes

Delays caused by missing access or information are not the responsibility of OrbyAx.

5. Access Credentials and Authorization

To deliver Services, you may be required to provide administrative access to your website, hosting account, or related systems. You authorize OrbyAx to access these systems solely to perform Services.

You acknowledge that providing access carries inherent risk and agree that OrbyAx is not liable for issues caused by inaccurate credentials, revoked access, or third-party system failures.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Fees are disclosed before purchase
• Recurring services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle
• Failed or reversed payments may result in service suspension

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel recurring Services at any time prior to your next billing date. Services remain active until the end of the paid period.
